Since pyro doesn't really have a true identity/personality workshoppers give him anything they find acceptable and put it on Pyro, so alot of his stuff doesn't go well with each other. Don't worry though, Pyro does actually have some good cosmetics. Here is a tier list

It's a fact that Pyro has by far the worst cosmetics in TF2. I implore anyone to go to loadout.tf and try and put together a decent loadout, and I can almost guarantee that they will use the same small group of cosmetics as everyone else.

I'm happy with my loadout, which consists of the Seared Sorcerer (Normal style) and the Dead of Night (Dark style). The third cosmetic is filler, but I usually use it for my strange BINOCULUS.

Before that, I used the Last Breath and the Smoking Skid Lid, which covered up the Last Breath's "emptiness" rather well. For the third cosmetic, either the BINOCULUS or Dead of Night.

A good loadout is definitely possible, but Pyro probably has it the most difficult.

I myself use ornament armament, pyromancers raiments painted australium gold & Seared sorcerer.
raiments is the most expensive item out of these for this loadout, though i got mine for free almost 8 years ago i think.

Another loadout I've used a lot.
The cute suit, sight for sore eyes or special eyes & neckwear headwear.

You can combine the Hazmat headcase with the spice diver with the metal visor style and it looks good imo.
