Increase the FOV cap to 120
Having a higher FOV would allow less motion sickness from a fast pace game like this.

I'm on a 2K screen, and this just feels like I'm a fish or something. It is disgusting how much I can't see.

Get two monitors and put them on either side of your main monitor

There is no limit. Just get a wider display or use black bars.
