Fps drops/lag

So basically i am having issue with TF2 i am currently having 500-600 fps and that's good but i have drop sometimes too 100 or just 450 and it's feels like games just freez for 1 sec. But this issue occurs in TF2 and Apex legends other games Like war thunder , Overwatch (battle net edtion) , Or any other game is normal no fps drop i don't know what to do PLS help
Oh ps i am on laptop Lenovo legion 5 Gtx 1650 ti Amd ryzen 7 4800h ( i disable IGPU)

same problem.. for my gtx1650 ti 32 gb ddr4 ram and i510300h 1 tb ssd tuf laptop

yea maybe but every time i have masterconfig i get 30.3 lerp and i hate it and i stick to cfg with 15.2 lerp
