I heard about it from YouTube and the Roblox clone. When I got Steam for a different game I saw it on an Autumn Sale poster, realised Steam had TF2 and immediately got it. I think my first map after doing the tutorial was Gorge.

Being a newgen is fine. The community only hates newgens if they have really bad takes on game balance since, well, they joined late and don’t really understand the balance history of the game.
