(Discussion Idea) Should valve hand tf2 off to another company?

We've already seen that the community basically handles tf2 at the moment as they do more then valve does currently making all the maps and cosmetics. Would it be worth it handing the game off to another company to manage the game and actually care for it?

No, but they are able to afford to outsource most of the "Treadmill" work to 3rd party developers but refuse to (speaking from earnings from tf2 alone)

Nah, Valve isn't going to update the game anymore. That's sad. But players for years have been picking up the slack by adding comunity maps and content. If Valve handed off TF2 to another company. That company would try to modify tf2 to make as much money as possible. For example, removing the econemy and most comunity made content. Or a company could decide that TF2 can't be saved. They would make a Team Fortress Reboot. And to eliminate TF2 acting as competition to that Reboot. TF2 would likely be shut-down/removed. Just like club penguin and Overwatch. All to stuff the game with anti player stuff to make money. Battlepasses, Overpriced cosmetics and weapons, Map packs and special currency. Nobody wants that.

It is true that TF2 isn't in the Best state currently. But it also isn't in the worst state. As long as the comunity is active, the game will thrive.

Valve is a private company and thus not beholden to the expectations of insane investors who insist on culturally turning everyone into a gay ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

The second this game is handed off to literally any other game company is the second every single merc will become genderbent, the gore will be removed, the scout will be made gay just because to fullfill an agenda, and the demoman will become an
upstanding infallible merc who threw away his scrumpy because

I also guarantee they would make Pyro a female entirely in canon because the representation, they would also give free reign to the idiots who keep trying to send in items to ruin the artstyle because OMG I NEED MY MULTICOLORED HAAAAIIIR AND ARMPITS!!!

Also because Heavy is Russian, he will either be changed into being a ukrainian, or his lore will be changed to make him extremly stupid and incompetent because in current year Russia bad.
