how many keys is refined metal worth?

i have quite a few refined metals that i was advised to trade for keys but idk for how many keys. i never bother with trading usually so i have no frame of reference for it

That's not how that works lol
You need to have some form of Steam Guard enabled for 15 days in order to trade at all (pretty much everyone has this), and mobile authenticator enabled for a week in order to trade without a 15-day hold being imposed on any trades where items are leaving your inventory.
Trade links are not beholden to any special restrictions.

You can get hats, paints, some cheap stranges, even some taunts if you have enough.
If you’re looking to profit from refined, that time has long gone.

used three to make a random hat :)

it used to be 3 refined for a key, now its like 70. It was 30 last time I checked lol
