i find sniper more fun but honestly demo is probably a stronger class.

Demoman. Sniper is fun and great if you like to piss people off, but demoman is more fun, especially if you lean more into the grenade launcher.

sniper kills others' fun far more than he kills people.
demoman (excluding demoknight which is its own thing) is fun and cool until your clip's empty or some half-decent player cqcs you.
