How to disable tips
Does anyone know how to disable the transparent box that appears at the beginning of every round telling me what to capture?

I thought tips only occured during the Soldier tutorial.

As far as i know the game doesn't have an option to disable it so the only way you can is to get a custom HUD or ask a HUD modder on how to disable it. TFTV is a good site to get anything you need.
