Ive tried a bunch oof comands from the internet but they didnt work

I highly doubt so, because how would he been able to create this thread if his mouse was broken? Granted keyboards have a Tab button on them to cycle all the possible things you could click on with a mouse, but who ever uses that? If your primary click is broken on your mouse then a new mouse is well overdue.
