The Flash Scout Cosmetic Loadout?

I was browsing the internet, looking for cool scout cosmetic sets, when I stumbled across a Flash cosmetic set, which included a KaW unusual. Unfortunately, i cannot find the picture again, but if anyone knows of a good Flash loadout for the scout, it would be appreciated.

No sleeves, due to lack of cosmetic slots, but yeah, if you want a shirt instead of a hood, go with what Kiki said.
