You can get a vintage set of pyrovision googles and a Ghastlierest gibus (it has a style that looks the same as the ghastly gibus) Your original items are lost forever though, such is life.

Ghastly Gibus is unobtainable, I believe, Goggles can be obtained through Steam Market or random drops, If I remember, or tradable.

just telling what steam support has told me multiple times. I deleted some achievement tf2 items (not crafted into anything) and they told me they couldn't restore any items since i was asked in-game if i was sure about it.

They restore deleted items quite often, irrespective of what their policy states.
They don't always do it though, it's pretty much random, but if you deleted something at some point and want it back you may as well ask them to restore it.
