Black and White support for TF2?

Hey all, I’ve been a longtime tf2 player but one of my biggest issues with the game in all my years is opponent clarity on b&w displays. You see, RED and BLU’s colors look the same for me. I don’t have or make a lot of money and I’ve been unable to upgrade my CRT to color.
Dear TF2 developers: please add a black and white mode so players like me can actually play properly!

For those interested, here are my PC specs and displays:
Windows 10
32GB RAM installed
Nvidia GTX 1650
Intel i9-4590K 4.00ghz

Display:
Norwood Micro 5” B&W Portable CRT

1” color CRT (inside my computer case, not really visible)

wouldnt it be easier to just turn the greyscale in windows settings?

Its under ease of access and color filters

I’m referring to contrast for ingame colors. Red and Blu look almost identical in b/w. There are already colorblind features in TF2 for jarate and madmilk. I know there’s a black and white team colors mod but they don’t work on casual, and shirt cosmetics just make the mod useless for the most part

Also my CRT auto adjusts contrast (light and dark) and windows just ♥♥♥♥♥ with that for me.
