How do you install the 64-bit beta?

you have to right click on tf2, then go on properties, and then on betas, and you have to select, 64 bit test

this doesn't exist, i went into properties and then betas but there are no options like the ones mentioned

thats because its not in beta anymore, as of the April 19 patch tf2 is 64bit
