100 player server with unusuals here we come
This is more important than simple weapons and maps.
But I can't see ANY TF2 player actually cheering for this update. (Especially #savetf2 community)
I hate this community sometimes.
It is hard for non devs to fully understand why this is important and when csgo and gmod got ported to 64 bit. There was no major changes.
The tf2 community will understand once the update releases, which is very soon.
either way, porting an entire game from 32bit instructions to 64bit is no small undertaking, especially for TF2. three cheers for the potted plant, and all the hard work he's done.
is this update perhaps being done to make TF2 compatible with the updated VAC CS:2 uses? or would that still need a game engine swap before it could be implemented?
