If you really care: Use a webcam/ camera to record your mouse movements and overlay that footage on top of a video of you playing.
Modern hack-suites have a variety of customisable options designed to disguise the fact that someone is using them; and stuff like wallhacks will often be indistinguishable from stuff like audio-cues, or even just game-sense / luck.
So people who have godlike skills are going to get falsely accused; and people who are really cheating and going to try and tell complete strangers "hey, I'm just good!".
That's just the nature of the beast.
Turn off chat so you don't have to worry about their hackusations;
and if you're getting voted off regularly find a community server with admins who believe you and won't let you get kick-banned.
All reports do is increase the frequency and intensity with which the VAC software scans your PC for cheats. If it doesn't detect known hacks running on your PC, you won't ever get banned.
