Dear TF2 Players, Why Exactly Are You Defending Inappropriate Custom Decals Users?

There are people that just don't want to see these sorts of decals and they do not expect to see them in titles like TF2. What do you accomplish by showing them that, exactly? You spent money just to do that?

Yes, you can disable custom decals with mods, but new (and honestly most) players aren't going to know/do it for different reasons. People who don't want to see inappropriate custom decals but know about the mod do NOT "actually want to see that". You can't just put the blame for your behavior on someone else. There are other games that are actually suitable for that, online shooter games that are not about these inappropriate things are NOT.

There are also many children that play this game, and the argument "well the game is M rated, it's their and their parent's faults!" doesn't work for many reasons. This game isn't about THAT inappropriate stuff AT ALL, kids will always play shooter games and many parents do not forbid them to play computer games because these games are not about THAT, they also can't keep an eye on their children 24/7. Kids expect from games what they promise them, NOT OTHER stuff. If people know there are lots of children who play this game but still choose to put THESE things on their Objectors then it's THEIR problem, NOT anyone else's.

VALVe needs to disable custom decals on their servers and add a setting to disable them on community servers, like they did with sprays. It's also inconvenient when I play with my friends and they want to suprise me with a meme on their Objector and I can't see it so I have to remove the mod and relaunch the game, also wastes my time a bit by prolonging the loading times.

No, because it's an exploit from like 2009 that has never been patched. You can go infinitely over the class limit.

Even putting illegal stuff aside, having porn on CO (and such) shouln't be allowed when most players are kids, ESPECIALLY on VALVe's servers. There are mature people who don't want to see that stuff too. People who objectify and sexualize wimmin, and very, veeery rarely men, shouldn't be in this daycare environment.
