As far as I know, Madcap wasn't even a thing until after I drew direct attention to it by writing a creepypasta about it 10 years ago, and it seems rather peculiar that it sould make a sudden comeback in October of all months if it has nothing to do with the creepypasta.

yes, madcap is real. It is very slim possibility that a glitch occurs and you can select him in TF2. Only happened a few times.

Valve really needs to add him back for real.
