Best and fun weapons don't always coincide, I'll list the weapons I have the most fun per class (which may vary to you, obviously):
Scout: Force-A-Nature, Flying Guillotine, Wrap Assassin, Boston Basher
Soldier: Air Strike, Direct Hit, Market Gardener
Pyro: Dragon's Fury, Detonator, Axtinguisher, Third Degree
Demo: Loose Cannon
Heavy: is pretty boring. The KGB and Holiday Punch have their moments though.
Engineer: shotgun, widowmaker and gunslinger
Medic: crusader's crossbow, vaccinator
Sniper: Huntsman, Machina, The Classic
Spy: Ambassador, Revolver
