Why is Skial so strict?

I've always wondered why Skial is so strict compared to other servers like Blackwonder and UGC. It feels like you can't go on a server without some noob getting pissed off that you killed him and reporting you to the admins, and that's if he can even get into the server anyway since Skial bans level 0 accounts (F2P). The admins are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 90% of the time, getting aggressive and cocky when you do something as simple as question a rule.

You read their rules and it seems pretty basic, until you actually play. Then there's a bunch of unspoken rules that you're "supposed to know", like chatting too quickly. They say it counts as spam but if you actually read the rules you would know that isn't the case at all, but the admins don't care. If you try to plead your case then they will just ban you for disrespecting admins (Doesn't even really make sense honestly, they're not gods, if they don't like what I have to say they can just mute me).

They've also killed most other community servers outside of their own. It's not completely their fault but I think they played a role in the eventual rise of casual.
Manas Super Awesome Trade Server for instance, got killed off because of not having any funding due to Overwatch, Casual, and Skial stealing all of their players. Leading to their shutdown.

Hope you find some mild interest in this rant, I also hope that the Skial Meatriders and Admins don't come to get me.

Edit: I was malding in this thread lmao, while I do still hold some of these opinions it's better take this post with a grain of salt. I will leave the comments up just for the sake of it.

I'm talking about mainly 24/7 payload and 2fort servers. Seems to be more likely to happen there, or maybe I'm just unlucky ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

As for the post 99% ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with no proof what so ever. Skial does not ban people just for having a 0 account. No one gets kicked just because someone killed another. Talking fast might get you votekicked by the server but not by admins. however playing music. making noises fart sounds, burping. playing clips from shrek into the mic will get you a mute. So don't break rules.
