Sniper canonically has a camper truck/van.
Scout used a dirt bike/moped in one of the comics (so did Heavy).
Medic has an emote where he drive a miniature ambulance.
Demoman and/or Soldier have a rather nice fishing boat in one of the comics/promotional materials. Also golf cart for Demo.
