TF2 Stuttering at random

I recently got a new pc and now tf2 starts stuttering all the time. My specs are:
RTX 2060 super
Ryzen 5 3600
16gb ram

I updated all my drivers, my ping is below 60ms and I verified the game files.
Can anyone help?

well I did cheap out on the monitor by buying a 60hz one but does it make that much of a difference? Then again the game dosen't stutter then playing with bots so it's anyone's guess.

Are you sure it's actually stuttering and not packet loss? Check your fps and hardware on some monitoring software. It could be always the case that some background program, or something else deteriorate with your perfomance.

I already have mastercomfig and even if I cap the fps the problem continues. But I will try regardless.

just ignore him. either he hate that tf2 still last longer than Overwatch or he just want attention he never got in his life.
