Ranks on Casual are missing, please help!

Ever since the new update, mostly all of the ranks on the scoreboard are missing whenever I join a match. They will all show up when i first join a match, but after a few seconds, they will disappear. I will only see a couple on the scoreboard next to the player's name, but the rest are just not there. Most of the time, i can't even see my own on the scoreboard. I've already tried verifying the files on Steam for it and everything, but its still messed up. Can anyone please tell me how to fix this? Thank you :-)
