not receiving trade mannco.store

I bought some stuff off of mannco.store and i only got 4 out of the 9 items, the other 5 trades didn't even get sent.
Mannco.store does say "Steam is currently having server issues. Trades may not send during this time. Please try again later. Note: As this is a Steam issue, please do not open a support ticket." do I just sit and wait and my items will get sent as soon as Steam stops having issues?

Don't use Mann.Co they suck ahh, you have to wait hours till they appear in your site inventory to trade

No bro, most of them don't get send to your site inventory instantly, it takes hours for some of them to appear, use market place instead , Mannco is ahh
