Is Orbiting Fire a bad Unusual effect?

It may seem like a good effect, because in battle it could be mistaken for Burning Flames... But what do yall think?

One of the best, not the best. I like terror watt, but orbiting fire goes better with my favorite professional killstreak effect, fire horns. I imagine cerebral discharge would go well with terror watt.

Although this might come out bias (since i have an unusual with the effect), but imo i think orbiting fire is probably the best unusual effect for a budget.

Well when i saw someone with it it looked like burning so i was of course i ran to it till i was staring at his hat from point blank range till i figured out it was orbiting fire so yeah it makes you look expencive....from far away
