I like "the diplomat" "the hellmet" (painted astralium yellow) and "the antlers" this is just wut i like. And my weapon of choice is a "brain candy rocket lancher" (field tested) strange state track attached to it as well

Rebel Rouser, Helmet W/O a Home, Fancy Dress Uniform (and the hat that goes with it), and more that I can't check the price of right now.

Yeah... I usually just come across soldiers who make people rage and call him an "easy class." My favorite cosmetic is the cow mangler set's beard... Lord Cockswains Novelty Mutton Chops and Pipe, but I don't think it's cheap by your definition. Good luck on your search though.

I always thought that was just a worse Marshall's Mutton Chops.
