You should change your matchmaking settings. You don’t need good ping to play mvm

Play a different game, find a hobby, get a life, move country. It's not a Valve problem, it's a 'no one plays anymore' problem.
Also, most of Australia is in one little timezone so obviously no one else is playing outside prime time.
