WHAT THE HELL IS OVERSTOCKED

On scrap.tf I wanted to sell my Mannrobics taunt but when I went on "Sell Items" the Mannrobics (along with other taunts) was not there and there was a notice that said "Some of your items are overstocked". What does overstock mean and is there a way to fix it?

"Overstock" prevents people like you from offloading their garbage no one wants to buy. If they weren't overstocked, that would mean they were selling enough to justify taking in more to sell.
