Jarate Chop - broken?

Jarate Chop is an achievement for Sniper, where you have to meele kill 3 enemies that you've doused with Jarate in a single life. I have gotten 5 kills like that without dying, on various different enemies (it was in a VAC secured server without bots, it was a Valve server, and I have no mods) and I still didn't get the achievement. Does anyone know why that is? Did I do something wrong, or is the achievement simply broken?

You need to use stock to kill after throwing Jarate at them. Not any melee.

I used the stock Kukri.
The TF2 Wiki says you can use any meele weapon

It says: "You must use any meele weapon to kill..."

It doesn't matter though, since I used the stock Kukri

The wiki isn't 100% accurate, as I would have gotten this years ago if it was true.

A couple of achievements are completely bugged, idk if Jarate Chop is one of them though

You have to kill the enemies using only one jarate, right? Like covering three guys at once then kiling them with your melee.

It doesn't say it anywhere and TF2 Wiki says you can do it with multiple jars of Jarate. If that really is the case, then it's the most stupid achievement ever. What team will let a Sniper throw piss at 3 people and slowly kill them with his meele?

What tean will let a spy kill a sniper in the same are three times? What team allows a scout to cap the intel without attacking? What team would allow a heavy to be the first on a point?

Sounds like kill three enemies with one jarate to me.

I actually got the Vanguard Party and the No-Hitter achievements several times in a legit way. I also got the Deep Undercover achievement by camping the Sniper balcony on Doublecross, however I had many failed attempts

You ABSOLUTELY need to Jarate 3 enemies and then bludgeon them all to death with the stock Kukri. Take it from a guy with the achievement.
