You need to first stop summerposting.

1. Take out your Sticky Launcher
2. Place one onto the floor
3. Run over it
4. when it is underneath your feet, jump and crouch at the same time
5. detonate them when you crouch-jump
6. control you flight with A and D (don`t use W and S while in the air)

First of all, demo stands for DEMOLITION MAN not demonstration man, and second you place a sticky bomb on the ground and stand on it or in front of it
