New Trick for Getting Items while being idle!!!!

In one of the updates, TF2 changed the item drop mechanics. Instead of when having a huge idle and getting literally hundreds of items, every time you get an item, you have to basically "approve of it" in your notifications. Until you do this, you can't receive another item. Now, people realize that when you are idle in TF2, you basically only get one item overnight, if you will. But, i found a trick in TF2 that makes so that you can find more that one item without approving the first item. This is what you have to do.
Step 1: When you are about to log off of TF2 and about the go to sleep or something, instead of disconnecting of of the server you were playing on, go to you WiFi status on your computer. Just simply turn you WiFi off.
Step 2:This will result in an auto-disconnect in thirty seconds. When thirty seconds are up, a screen pops up saying that you have "Lost connection to the server."
Step 3: You just want to simply leave this screen up for as long as you can overnight.
Step 4: When you are going to play TF2 again, press "Cancel" and in you notifications you have received an alert about some new items you have found.
Step 5: Then, you are simply left with more than 1 item.
(This also works with when you are kicked due to inactivity)

Shut the **** up Dog i quit tf2. Im not being ****ing lazy, their item system is ****, and im just here to show that theres a way around it. And yes it is legit. I found it cuz it happened to me... duh

The item drop system is not ♥♥♥♥.
It rewards you for playing.

Idling is a douchebag move that lazy people pull off to gain money.

Because Idling hasn't been allowed since 2014. Why do you think they changed around the item drop system?

What's the point in idling anyway? The drop system only allows you to get 12 items a week.
It's better to just play and randomly find an item, feels satisfying.
