This, or at least from most objects. I can understand having the restriction on the more extreme Halloween items (Voodoo Cursed souls comes to mind) but most items don't need the restriction at all, and it is pretty bull to have in de' first place.
Especially since a lot of Halloween cosmetics can be used in a non-Halloween way.
It's not Halloween-restricted.
