TF2 no longer supports bhopping, the only reason people do it is because jumping is fun.
Just so all of you learn the truth :
BHOP SCRIPTS ARE ALLOWED.
Scripts are parts of the game's mechanic. If valve didn't want us to use scripts, they wouldn't have let us do so.
There's nothing wrong with bhops. You DO get a slight advantage, since perfect bhops while rocket jumping can still give you a crit after landing while using the market gardener.
I'm also pretty sure it conserves the powerjack's speed boost for a moment, like 3 seconds, I dunno.
