Can't play in different Regions

I am trying to play MM with one of my friends that live in the EU, however I am from NA. How come the queue time is infinite? Is there a way to set my max ping to fix this issue so we can get into a casual game?

I know why this is the case:

The game tries to find a good experience for both sides, which it can't.

There's no current Mann Up server between NA and EU that allows you both to have good ping, so the game keeps on searching.

If you can find another friend from either USA or whatever country your pal lives in, you might be able to find a server quickly. Yeah, one of you will have high ping but you will still find a match!

There's a command that can get you to queue in different ping servers. Try to find the average ping you get in EU servers. I'll try to find the command after I get out of class

Already tried that. 4 People EU and me. Still, waited like an hour and still no game. I just wish they had a maxping option like CS GO.

There must be a command to limit matchmaking ping, similar to how it works in cs :/ browse the wiki and try to find it idk
