Is Gunslinger & Frontier Justice a good combo?
As someone who has gotten very intrested in starting playing Engi (thanks Uncle Dane) this is the combo I could make with what small I have unlocked with him.

In short, the plan would be to put Mini-Sentry in a akward position where it can get 1-2 kills and some assists. After the opposition drestoys that Baby-Sentry, use the crits to pick out some enemies. (Namely the point-blank-range 1-shottable 125-175 HP classes and weakened retreating foes.)

Is this a good plan, or should I change something?

If You've Seen Danes' Frontier Justice Vid, You'll Understand How To Use It. If You Haven't, Do So.

First Off, Yes, This Is A Great Combo If Used Correctly. To Start Off, Here's The Normal Way Of Playing This Style:
1. Place A Sentry In A Good, Hard -To-Hit Location.Plant A Dispencer, Teleporter, All That Stuff. This Is Called Playing Passively , And It Helps You Set Up Your Defences And Neccesities.
2. When Your Sentry Gets Enough Kills (About 2-3), Destroy It. Too Many Crits Saved Up, And You Might Die Before You Get To Use Them. Run Into The Battlefield, Take Out Priority Targets Like Medics And Spies, And Then Retreat And Repeat. This Is Called Playing Passive Aggressively .

Hope This Helped

It's a fine combo, but not as good as it used to be. The Gunslinger is much more of an offense-support weapon now, instead of an annoying, spammy weapon.

Yes

Unless you have good hiding spots for your mini then no, because most of the time you'll only get 1-4 crits at a time, and using each one effectively can be a hassle, and if your gun gets no kills at all, it's just a normal shotgun with half a clip.

Depends if you're getting kills with the mini sentry or not.

More likely that you'd just get decimated after half of the other team focuses the mini sentry spammer every time you leave spawn unless someone is carrying your team and controlling the map.

Yes, it's excellent for battle Engie, especially since you can hide the mini Sentry in areas you couldn't with the normal Sentry. But it does really depend on how effective you are with it.
