I've used the other classes's overhauls and they showed for me (In every kind of server I've joined anyway). I also wouldn't suggest using animation overhauls, as they kinda look ugly imo.
I dont really know which one I should use, i was told sv_pure 1.
Probably has to do with L&W ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the VMs for the worse
I even tried reinstalling the mods.
Put this into your config.cfg or autoexec.cfg
map_background itemtest; wait 10; disconnect
To locate the cfg files go to: Steam/steamapps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/cfg
You can change 'itemtest' to any map name but itemstest loads fastest so it will reduce your game loading time.
If it is still not working make sure you have the latest installed especially after major updates or patches. Even after THAT, also make sure your game is running the latest version, sometimes they stop working after a patch that fixes a bug.
If this is not helpful to you or it is still not working just ask Paysus on the steamgroup:
https://steamcommunity.com/groups/PaysusSkins
If the map_background itemtest; wait 10; disconnect isn't working make sure TF2 isn't overwriting it so check it again after TF2 has started up. Ussualy TF2 only overwrites the config.cfg so put it in your autoexec.cfg or make an autoexec.cfg its not that hard.
"Have you fixed this yet?"
Maybe
It just depends on if you fixed it yet or not.
