Team Fortress 2
Any way to bind console commands to keys?
For instance; if I wanted to be a robot and the server didn't have /berobot or /robot, but had sm_berobot in console, is there any way to bind "sm_berobot" to say key T?

like really I hate programming but wtf?! This is as basic as me taking a ♥♥♥♥ atleast once in three days.

(edit if food wasn't basicly trash these days it would be once daily, also if you drink bentonite)

bind (key) ("command")

so if you wanted say, p for the kill command you'd use

bind p "kill"

replace p here with whatever key you want and the kill command with whatever command you're wanting

there's probably a list of valid keys somewhere online but if you don't wanna do that for whatever reason, changing binds in the options menu will tell you the specific name for the key

this isn't a problem for the basic parts of your keyboard but other keys will have names you probably wouldn't guess right off, like the keypad for example
