how do i use the ubercharge when it's ready?

so i charged the ubercharge up - it said ready - i clicked mouse button 1 - nothing - i tried mb2 - nothing? which button/key is it please?

as in the aim button (if i was sniper)? - i did try that button - but admittedly died at the same time so i'll try it again - thanks mate
