Anyway to mute the engineer taunt

Okay so is there any way to mute that rancho taunt ingame?

Every server I go in (mind you I don't go to normal play servers) theres always 1-2, sometimes more, Engineers constantly burping drinking and going AAAAHHHHHHH every 5 seconds..
is there any way to mute this?

The sound of gunfire annoys me anyway to mute this?

The only way would be to replace those sound files with just silence, and even then it wouldn't work on certain pure servers.

Damn it, still no solution. I just don't understand why people think burping is charming. I know it's a kid's game but oh my goodness.

Im actually really pleased to see that someone else has posted this topic.

I too, personally, hate that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ taunt. It seems like Valve lately has had a tendency of adding 'comical' things that really, in actuality, are pure and simply designed for the purpose of trolling and / or to be annoying.

Oh my god it makes my blood boil every time I hear the mechanical 'whrrrrch~!' noise when they deploy the Rancho, because I know that insanely pretentious burping and disgusting gulping noises are soon to follow.

Every. Single. Time. I mash my mute button until I am far enough away that I wont be able to hear that annoying ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Its horrible. Its a penalty because whilst I have the game muted, I cannot hear critical things like a Spy decloaking or other gunfire.

And since Valve, in their infinite stupidity as of late, decided to make servers sv_pure, we cannot alter the sounds to over-ride them with silence or something else.
