They list Unusual Effects in the form of tiers, and that's how they make prices for them.

My main concern with the hat is that it's a pyro hat, and I usually don't play pyro :/
Personally, if I had 3 extra buds to spend I'd probably buy it off you.
Like for every new unusual introduced, there are like 10 Series #3 Effects, 2-3 Series #2 Effects, and like 0-1 Series #1 Effects, only because crate distribution.
Plus most of them aren't that aethetically appealing, aside from Cloud 9, Miami Nights, and Disco Beat Down.
Good luck selling it.
