How to Change health in TF2

Hey guys, I was playing TF when I wanted more health. Can someone tell me how to do this and what the command is? I really want to have some fun with bots.

Here’s some advice, DO NOT do sv_cheats 1, it’ll get you VAC banned from secure servers.

First of all this thread is 4 years old

Second off all, using the console will never get you banned on any server
Are you dense enough to think you can use sv_cheats 1 on pubs?
