the crybabies stopping complaining about stickybombs and moved onto rockets
they're better at killing bad players in direct combat than good support-class mains
1. So many people main soldier.
2. He's really easy to use.
3. He's effective.
Some people might say, "Blah blah blah he's hard to master," but you don't have to master an easy class to kill well with it.
But that's just my preference!

i guarantee it
Of course, this is on a pub level where even a lone stock Pyro can dominate half the enemy team. In Comp and Highlander, Soldier is best used as a roamer.
Why?
Because I'm horrible at the game and solly is an easy class.
they aren't hated
the circlejerk on these forums is literally the only TF2 discussion area where anybody gives a rat's ass about soldiers
U can easily dodge a rocket's splash damage pretty easily if ur gud enuff
tbh im tired of explaining this everytime, most of the people here didn't even play a single 6s match to understand the soldier advantage/disadvantage against good scouts & demos.
Sure u take a bit of damage but its better than taking the entire blast
