Uncle Dane weapon concept review: Brawn over Brains (B.O.B)

Dane's stats:
+ 25 more health on wearer
- All sentry guns level is reduced by 1

PROS:
+ Gives the Engineer more survivability with 150 hp or 175 hp
+ Mini sentries can't be spammed if you have the gunslinger
+ Make Engineer more supportive
CONS:
- Level 3 sentries lock down choke points and flanks better
OVERALL:
This weapon is really good if it was added. First off, this here give Engineer more survivability with more health at the exchange of reducing a sentry guns level by 1. This is obviously geared towards offensive, so that you can either protect the backline with a level 2 with any wrench, or become a dispenser and teleporter spammer and heal, teleport, and give ammo to your team if they fall back.

IMO, the only good weapon concept he suggested is the jetpack revolver thingy which speeds up Engineer.
