[SERIOUS QUESTION] How do you deal with rage?

I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ can't help it. I can't just have a fun game of TF2. When I run into a person that keeps ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my stab n sap as spy, or keeps killing no matter what class I change to or what, I just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ get livid. Especially if my team is filled with baby rank morons, no engies, stack spy, etc.

How do you make TF2 fun for you again? How do you stop from getting "salty"? I just want to enjoy a game of TF2 without clenching my fists and butthole in pure white hot anger.

Remind yourself it's just a game
Join another game if it really gets bad. Dealing with a good player is like dealing with a havker, only they're not some low-life living in a basement. If you get annoyed, they're not going to leave, so it's best for you to just leave.

1.Votekick or report them and tell others to do so along with you. That can result in them getting kciked our of the server OR not playing competetive for 6 months.
2. Join a different server
3.Spam them with memes like lennies and the bee movie script. Try to make a long-ass bind that changes between certain binds for all the keys, for either controls or spam. They will likely get angry and leave.

Just leave the server if you must,
I have learned to laugh at defeat and such. My friends are amazed at how I can have fun with dying alot in both Dota 2 and Rust. (Yeah, I know) I can manage to not get mad. If I get a little flustered with one player or so, I love to try to get em right back. Some people are just not as smooth when it comes to losing. Just try not to let certain players get to you.
