My ping is 125 MS pls help I have 1,5 mb/s speed

The proper response is "how", not "why". In ither ganes you might have better ping because of where the game server is located. If it's close to you, you get lower ping, of it's far way, you get higher ping. I get about 15-35 ping on Stockholm and Luxemburg servers, but 100-200 ping on servers from Sydney, Washington, Singapore, and ither distant places.

Besides, 120 ping js far from unplayable, as long as it's stable, even 200 ping is doable. For half a year I've been playing with average 170 ping, and the only problem were the lag spikes, not the actual ping.
Also, download speed doesn't matter. Download speed tells us how much you can download at once, ping tells us how quickly you can start downloading. I have 100 mb/s internet now, but my ping is no better than when I had 12 mb/s. Even if you can download 1GB/s, if it takes 1 minute to connect to the server, your ping is still going to be trash

Well always when i search for playload or attack/defenc etc. i get like 140 ms. Doesnt valve direct you to the nereast server ??? Still 140ms is too much i want like 70,80 ms pls help

Well always when i search for playload or attack/defenc etc. i get like 140 ms. Doesnt valve direct you to the nereast server ??? Still 140ms is too much i want like 70,80 ms pls help

It does locate you to the closest server. But if that server is 3000 km away, your ping will still be bad.

Maybe you can ask your ISP, if they can do something.
Also using Wlan can give you a higher ping. so maybe try a cable instead, if you are on wlan.

Still didnt fix it. Well i'm stuck with 140ms i think i will stop playing tf2......
