no
your hero will return someday
Because being able to absorb 8 stickies like they were 2, is balanced..
If you mean my hero as in harambe, well, that's another story
gunboats have massively improved the overall design of the class
sticky jumping is only situationally used for demo due to arm delay and self damage, especially when you're already a glass cannon
gunboats would only make demo an annoying broken mess
if you think demo should get the gunboats, you're an idiot
that goes double if you're robin 'random-crits' walker[i.imgur.com]
Bear in mind that the Booties used to give both +25hp and +10% speed and using it forced the other demo to run it, especially on maps with long rollouts because otherwise, you arrive way later to mid which is pretty much throwing.
ok, if the gunboats being added to demo is dumb, what do you think the gunboats would be like if demo won?
I don't know if I am reading your comment wrong or I didn't communicate something, but the orginal gunboats was tested and ready to go for BOTH classes, meaning no matter what the weapon would be the same, also the speed boost on the booties only applies if you have a shield.
As for testing, it wouldn't have gone beyond testing whether the self-damage resistance actually worked rather the actual impact on gameplay. Demo already arrives at mids before everyone else (beaten perhaps by CaC scout but that's banned), having something that cuts a further 5 seconds off the rollout would be so gamebreaking that you would force both demos to run it to mids, or the one that doesn't will lose his entire team mid.
