SCOUT IS OP

I have been playing tf2 for over 3000 hours now and I believe I found the best class in the game: Scout. Now, what makes Scout sooooo good? Well, the combination of high mobility and high dmg output is a start. Scout can do (roughly) 100 dmg per shot and close range. That is insane, a decent Scout player can do 50-100 dmg per shot, times that by 6 = death to any class. And back to his movement, he is by far the fastest character that can double jump which makes high dmg classes, like demo and solly, hard to hit him consistently. And finally his health, scout has 125 health which means that demo and solly can't one shot him, making him extreamly hard to take care of. Now the easiest way to fix scout is make his scattergun do only 80 max dmg (there is def a lot of other stuff, so feel free to post about it). Feel free to argue about about this topic, thanks for reading. :)

In my opinion, Scouts are only bad when they're in a swarm. Other than that (as in when they're by themselves), they're pretty fine.

Use the vaccinator. There, now the enemy scout is dealing a whopping 26 damage on a perfect meatshot, and even less on a semi-accurate one.
Of course you have to be able to press r accordingly... That is so difficult ( although i have seen pub medics use it with only bullet after my team stopned them with me using it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )
