Failed To create decoder for mp3 file (scoutcallformedic03) HELP!

this problem happens when i call for medic and the Doc Cmon Man! noise is supposed to play it plays NO sound same with other voice line so I opened up my console and it says failed to create decoder for mp3 file and in a couple mins my game says engine out of memory I tried snd_restart and that dint work

same for me cept it does it for multiple custom sound from diff server did you find any fix?
tired of crashing on my fav server

yeah I fixed it you have to go to your games library and right click tf2 properties then local files and verify integrity of game cache
