Unusual effect tool

In the upcoming update, Valve stated that they would add a new unusual tool to the game that gives taunts unusual effects. The funny thing is, I submitted an Idea to Valve for TF2, through the in game suggestion window, that would give unusual effects to those lacking said effects. I can't of been the only one to of thought of this and to of submitted it to Valve. Please say in the comments below if you did as well.

Well, I guess it's nice. If you want to unbox a crate with a garaunteed high-tier effect, taunts are the way to do it. IMO, a lot of unusuals are WAY overpriced.
