The Rocko cosmetic is absolute garbage

A half-assed redesign of the Cobber Chameleon was assigned an elite grade tag, a price tag of currently 10$ and the rarest hat drop chance (aside of unusual)? Really?
It's boring, nothing to it, doesn't fit with any cosmetics except the Wild Brim Slouch and the Dandy, very generic (wow it's an animal that has teeth), zero effort and it's a sniper only cosmetic. To everybody who likes and/or wants to use the Rocko, buy an equally "good" cosmetic for 100x cheaper; https://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Cobber%20Chameleon/Tradable/Craftable
