Guys... Why are people so bad at TF2???

Real question everyone. TF2 players are the most garbage, most pathetic, egregious, terrible players in all of gaming history. Every time I get in a match, I immediately topscore. And because I'm a F2P, they accuse me of cheating and I end up getting kicked. I've had so many cheaters comment on my profile talking BS to me because they think I cheat too. I won't say names because that's naming and shaming, but these guys are relentless. I haven't even played TF2 for months and people are still adding me. I've played Overwatch since beta and I have never seen such garbage players in my life. How about all you garbage pathetic players do us all a favor and uninstall the game. I think I can see why the cheaters on my profile started cheating in the first place. They probably get all these losers complaining on their profile about them cheating and then they actually start cheating in response. YOU SUCK! Honestly it must be because this game is free that people are so trash. Don't get me wrong, I love TF2, probably more than Overwatch, but these garbage ass players ruin the entire game!

I think you do point out some of the reasons that lead to the current situation, but I'd say TF2 is in a specific place that accumulates a lot issues that lead us where we are now.

I guess it helps that with Overwatch ; you don't have a public profile people can comment on. Communications are more limited averall, you do have to go out of your way to get to a specific website or reddit or whatever to be able to have any kind of mass communication accross people/ communities whereas any steam games have its own steam communities right alongside the "play" button. Meaning any communication is easily amplified, good or bad.

Also add all of the frustrations like all the bots we meet in game, all the bugs, how cheating is accessible and repercussion-less, how the game was basically abandoned by its devs for a long time, ...

The age of the game makes the overall community older, so way more people that are "tired" and easily "worn out", partially because the longer you play a game, the more you have lived through things.
Since you played overtwatch, imagine the difference between players that were there from the beta, and those who started playing after Echo's arrival. Well these new players will most likely enjoy the game for what it is, a fun cool game, but will friction with the rest of the community that have been through some rough days, have fought battles with the devs, have known things that were maybe better than they are now. You easily get treated like a second class player in OW if you haven't known bastion with a shield, or ranked without role queue, or Mercy team rez, ... And you get trashed like anyone.
Not on the scale of tf2, but give OW the same age as tf2, plus the same old easily crackable engine, plus development abandon, and we'll see how it goes.

That group was made by my friend Roadkill. And that discussion you're talking about was literally made by a cheater to get losers like you who comb through my profile like a wannabe detective to think I cheat. And sorry I have a life outside of videogames where I only have 11 hours

I don't think all the people accusing me of cheating, baiting, or being on an alt are a reflect on me. You people will always be here on the forums with that mindset, nothing I can do about that :D

I've actually been pretty busy today. Woke up early to go outside and do some fishing, then swam in my pool afterwards to cool off. I know you didn't ask, but you can't exactly say "I'm still here" as if I'm spending all my time talking here

Because of the cancerous silly side of the community and there being no incentive to improve aside from community comp. Problem is that doesn't explain how people in other games are still somewhat competent at minimum compared to the lobotomites you can find here.

sorry but I have to laugh at this. "stop playing public servers it's full of bad players." goes to "stop using valves matchmaking, casuals all suck," then went to "stop playing the popular community servers, everyone goes there and they all suck." the elitism never ends.

As to the OP, I honestly can't tell if this is bait or not. If you are getting harassed I'm sorry to hear that, it's not fair or right to you to have to suffer through accusations of cheating. But in turn, why be so hostile? You're just good at the game, why lash out and say such horrible things about every other player that just isn't as good as you? Is it that hard to just have talent and be reasonably humble?
